  • Are all of your brownies vegan?
    Yes, all of our brownies are 100% vegan friendly! They are baked in a kitchen that is 100% Vegan and does not handle any animal products.
  • When will I receive my order?
    All brownies are made to order and are dispatched within 1 day of baking. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and can take up to 2 days to arrive, so please allow up to 5 days total to receive your bakes. If you would like your order to arrive on a certain date please get in touch.
  • Are your products allergen friendly?
    Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS. We don't use any dairy in our kitchen but some ingredients have a may contain MILK or EGGS warning on them due to manufacturing methods. Our bakes are not suitable to WHEAT, SOYA, NUT, MILK & EGG allergy sufferers. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@plantbrownies.co.uk
  • What size are the brownies?
    Each brownie measures approximately 9cm x 6cm. They come in a box of 6, which makes them the perfect treat for you to enjoy or a great gift to send to a loved one for any occasion like birthdays, mothers day etc.
  • How long do your brownies last?
    Our Brownies are baked fresh to order and last up to 10 days once delivered. They are best kept in an air tight container in a cool place. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months, just make sure they are well wrapped.
  • How are my brownies packaged?
    We believe part of the experience at Plant Brownies is not only receiving tasty brownies, but receiving them well presented. All of our brownies are packaged in food grade cellophane wrap with a vegan sticker on to, posted in a thick cardboard box and placed inside a postal bag.
  • Where do you deliver? & How much is delivery?
    All orders are delivered nationwide across the UK with Royal Mail 1st class. Delivery is £3.95 for up to two boxes of brownies and three or more boxes of brownies is £6.95.
  • Can I add a personalised gift note to my order?
    Yes you can! To add a personalised gift note to your order, simply locate the 'Add your gift note here' box in your basket, then add your message before completing your purchase.
  • Does my order include a paper receipt or invoice inside?
    No it does not. All information regarding your order is sent via email.
  • Serving suggestion's
    Since our brownies are made with lots of chocolate, we recommend storing them in a cool place for a firmer texture. We love serving our brownies and blondies with warm custard! They also taste amazing with ice cream and of course on there own.
  • Wholesale/Corporate/bulk buying Enquiries
    We are more than happy to help with bulk orders, whether that be for companies or large gatherings. Please send any requests for wholesale/corporate/bulk orders over to info@plantbrownies.co.uk to discuss further options.
  • I'm not happy with my order, do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunately as our brownies are baked fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. However, if you have any problem's please don't hesitate to get in touch via the contact us page or email us at info@plantbrownies.co.uk and we will assist in any way we can!
